Day 8 - Wheres the nearest oxfam shop?
Day 8..... well what can I say? I was fairly tired, well infact my eye lids felt like they had the weight of a fat lady eating Mc donalds on them, possibly a bad idea to play PE, but I wanted to keep the hamster active!
So...... it was slow.... I didn't have much of a plan, I just fancied killin' stuff. Strolling through the glades west of twin peaks killing the odd MOB with not much trouble. I must have spent an hour or so at this game.... every now and again having to repair the old axe (I was completely out of ammo for "The Pacifier"), gradually using up most of my PED's and inventory (see previous post). This had to stop.... the ROI in hunting by myself was about 10%... not good enough. I get better returns singing Christmas Carols in July (Yes..... I have done this!!!)
I returned to Twin Peaks, and resurrected "Speedy's Sausage Skins" and started to recruit. I got one volunteer. So we set off... back to where I had been so successful the other night. This time things didn't go so well.... still not much loot and the guy I recruited wasn't as good as I had hoped. We didn't survive long. Lots of deaths and absolutely no PED's left.... I became disheartened and turned in for the night saying my fond fair wells to "Of" <-- that was his name... honest!
This is probably the lowest point of my life as an entropian, but I am determined not to give up. I'll try and get back into it tonight, perhaps find someone who will team up for a bit, and hopefully gain a few PED's back, Either that or I'll be the one dancing like it's 3AM and annoying the odd person!!
The only other option is to cash in "The Pacifier!" (I can hardly stand to write this... *sob sob sniffle sniffle*) Can it be true that my first pistol will be my undoing....... Tune in next time to find out!

Every entropian has their bad days. Pick urself up and get moving! As for selling your gun, keep it and just sweat it out. Or find NEVERDIE...
Yes, chin up hamster. Up towards your water dispenser hehe.
This is reminiscent of my last week of hunting. The loot you get is like a wild wave...can be down for days and then shift up at a moment's notice.
May I suggest setting about the task of getting every teleporter? This will give you something to do without thinking about loots and will help you find NEVERDIE sooner. :)
